The challenge
A recurring service sells on route coverage and on making signup feel like buying a subscription, not requesting a callback. The service area had to be unambiguous before anyone reached a price.
The approach
- Service-area pages so each town has a page that can rank on its own
- Subscription signup rather than a quote request — the customer picks a plan and starts
- Admin back office for pricing, so plan changes do not require a developer
- Security hardening across nine audit rounds, including CSP and auth behind a reverse proxy
