Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any services you purchase from G2 Agency ("we," "us"). By using this site or engaging us for a project, you agree to them.

We design, build, host and market websites for service businesses. Current published offers are shown on our pricing page — pricing here is the source of truth, not this document; we don't restate dollar amounts here so they can never fall out of sync.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on the plan you choose, you'll either pay an up-front build fee plus a flat monthly amount with no minimum term, or pay nothing up front and commit to a monthly amount for a fixed term (currently 24 months) as described on the offer you select on our pricing page. The specific commitment, cancellation terms, and ownership arrangement for a term-based plan are set out in a separate service agreement you review and accept before the term begins — not in this general document.

Recurring monthly charges continue until the plan is canceled according to its terms. Month-to-month plans may be canceled at any time; term plans are subject to the early termination terms in that plan's service agreement.

Ownership of the site, its content, and its domain depends on which plan you choose. Some plans transfer ownership to you from day one; others transfer ownership at the end of a committed term, with your domain and content remaining yours throughout regardless of which plan you're on. The specific ownership terms for your plan are stated on the offer itself and in your service agreement.

Managed plans include hosting, backups, and monitoring as described on the hosting service page. Uptime figures stated there are targets we build toward, not a guaranteed service level with financial credits, unless a specific service-level commitment is stated in your service agreement.

You agree not to use this site or the sites we build for you to host or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to violate the rights of others.

To the extent permitted by law, G2 Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate service for a violation of these terms or of your specific service agreement. You may cancel a month-to-month plan at any time; term plans follow the cancellation terms in that plan's service agreement.

We may update these terms as the business changes. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Your specific service agreement, once signed, governs your plan even if these general terms change afterward.

The governing law and venue for disputes will be specified in your service agreement. This section is a placeholder pending that determination — flagged here for counsel review rather than guessed at.
